Ils nous ont donné de bonnes informations sur les endroits à visiter et étaient toujours prêts à nous aider. De plus, le petit déjeuner était copieux avec une grande variété de choix. La chambre était confortable et nous avons apprécié l'accès WiFi gratuit. Le parking gratuit était aussi un avantage non négligeable.

Nous avons été déçus par la propreté de certaines parties de l'hôtel, en particulier la salle de bain. Il y avait des traces douteuses sur le sol et le lavabo était partiellement bouché.

We had a great stay at Aroma! The hotel had a cool design and was a peaceful oasis in the middle of town. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the rooms were dark and quiet, and the outdoor pool was a highlight. The property was clean and beautifully maintained, with a Tulum vibe and modern touch. The bonus of free bike rentals and access to the beach club made our stay even better!

I appreciated this good budget hotel and stayed for 3 nights here. The rooms were modern with a private tub, the staff was incredibly nice and outstandingly accommodating. It had climate control, a private safe and pay television.

Friendly staff who solved our little creature problem and provided clean and cozy rooms. The lounge area featured delightful drinks. Convenient walk to city center in five to ten minutes.

Rooms were a bit dark and had some troubles with the Wi-Fi. Some gaps under doors provide the opportunity for little creatures to visit.

This hotel in Tulum exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the value for money was outstanding. The prices for the fully stocked fridge were really reasonable, perfect for satisfying those late-night cravings. Secondly, the staff were amazing. They were always friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with any requests. Lastly, the location was spot on. We loved being right in the center of the town, surrounded by the Tulum vibe. And with bikes available for use, we could easily explore the area without spending a fortune on taxis.

My Christmas stay was amazing! The staff was friendly and helpful. I loved the rooftop terrace and the free bike rentals made exploring the area super convenient. the spacious rooms and comfortable beds were a great touch. The complimentary breakfast had a great selection of assorted fruit and hot coffee that I loved.

The hotel could benefit from better lighting in the rooms. I was disappointed that the hotel didn't have its own beach access and the beach club we were directed to was not up to par.
